3. Children and Supervision
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times. Please be aware that some areas of the property (e.g., steps, gardens, or nearby natural features) may require extra caution.
4. Pets

Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages or damage should be reported immediately. Charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs. £100 damage deposit taken on arrival. Returned after stay automatically through Lodgify.
